Meet Our Founder,
Genina J.

Genina Johnson is the visionary founder of Ros House (Restoration Oasis & Safety), a shelter and transitional program dedicated to providing refuge, resources, and restoration for homeless women and single mothers. Inspired by her late mother, Rosalind Johnson, Genina created Ros House as both a tribute and a mission honoring her mother’s legacy of love while offering hope and stability to women navigating some of life’s hardest seasons.

A devoted mother of three, Genina knows firsthand the challenges women face when trying to provide for their families while overcoming adversity. Her journey through personal trials including seasons of uncertainty and resilience shaped her heart for service and birthed her calling to build safe spaces where women can heal, rebuild, and thrive.

Beyond Ros House, Genina is a content creator, author, and healthcare professional with a passion for faith, healing, and community empowerment. She sees every project she pursues whether through storytelling, entrepreneurship, or advocacy as an opportunity to remind women of their worth and potential.

Through Ros House, Genina’s vision is clear: to create a home where every woman is seen, supported, and strengthened so that the legacy she leaves is one of restoration, empowerment, and generational change.
